Children Policy

  • Children under the age of seven (7) are not allowed on the Nile cruisers
  • Children above 7 years old will be accommodated in a separate cabin at same applicable rates as adults

Payment Policy

  • Reservations should be made as early as possible to book your selected trip, confirmation is subject to availability. Once we confirm the availability for your selected trip, a deposit of 50 % should be received by Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Western Union to secure the space
  • The remaining amount (50% of the total amount due) should be paid two months prior to the start of your trip date otherwise space will be released
  • For trips booked less than two months prior to the trip date, full payment should be received to secure the space
  • During the Christmas and New Year holidays, full payment should be received to secure the space

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified in written format (by email)
  • Once deposit has been paid, In case of cancellation, the guest will be charged 30% from the package rate
  • In case of cancellation within 90-61 days prior to arrival date, the guest will be charged 30% from the package rate
  • In case of cancellation within 60 to 46 days prior to arrival date the guest will be charged 50% from the package rate
  • In case of cancellation within 45 to 31 days prior to arrival date the guest will be charged 75% from the package rate
  • In case of cancellation within 30 to the arrival date the guest will be charged 100% from the package rate
