    Tour Package Information

    • Local English-speaking Egyptologist guides provided throughout your journey in Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria and Siwa.
    • Trip starts and ends in Cairo.
    • Minimum of two travellers required to conduct the tour.
    • Guides are English-speaking. For other languages, inform us in advance (additional fees apply).
    • Private modern A/C vehicles will be provided for all airport transfers.

    Day 1 / Arrival in Cairo

    • Arrival: Cairo International Airport where Dunes & Beyond Tour Coordinator will assist you with customs clearance, luggage and airport procedures.
    • Transfer: In a modern air-conditioned vehicle to Four Seasons Hotel at The First Residence.
    • Check-in.
    • Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.
    • Meals Included: (No Meals).

    Day 2 / Cairo: Pyramids Of Giza, Memphis & Pyramids of Sakkara

    • Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo.
    • Visit The Pyramids of Giza and Saqqara Pyramid.Your Private Local Egyptologist will accompany you during a fascinating tour to:
    • Giza Pyramids: The only survivor of The Seven Wonders of the ancient world, visiting this magnificent cultural landmark may reveal some of the pharaohs' secrets.

    Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid till April 2025, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

    Children Policy

    • Up to 2 years: FREE
    • Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
    • Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
    • Ages 12 and Up: adult price.

    Notes :

    • Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents ( Maximum 1 Child sharing parent's room )
    • If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

    Payment Policy

    • Reservations should be made as early as possible to book your selected trip, confirmation is subject to availability. Once we confirm the availability for your selected trip, a deposit of 30 % should be received by Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Western Union to secure the space
    • The remaining amount (70% of the total amount due) should be paid 60 days prior to the trip date otherwise space will be released
    • For trips booked less than 60 days prior to the trip date, full payment should be received to secure the space
    • During the Christmas and New Year holidays, full payment should be received to secure the space

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation must be notified in written format (by email)
    • In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival date, the guest will be charged 30% from the package rate.
    • In case of cancellation within 59 days prior to arrival date the guest will be charged 100% from the package rate.
