All cabins at Steigenberger Omar El Khayam include a satellite TV and contain expansive wardrobe and a minibar and also with an overview balcony to savor the scenery of the river Nile during sailing, the suite has a vast seating area with sofa and a marble bathroom, and all room service is available 24 hours
Guests would have the chance to have their time of relaxation and amusement whether to swim in the pool or just sitting having a sunbath with a delicious drink on a sun-lounger terrace or relaxing massage treatments complimented by the hot tub.

Guests can enjoy a gourmet class cuisine served at Abu Nawas Restaurant,drinks and cocktails are served at Bashawat or Mamlouk Lounge

Children Policy

  • From 0 till 5.99 years: Free of charge sharing parent’s cabin
  • From 5 till 11.99 years: Sharing parent’s cabin & will be charged as a half adult with a maximum of one child
  • Children from 12 years & over will be charged full fare

Payment Policy

  • Reservations should be made as early as possible to book your selected trip, confirmation is subject to availability. Once we confirm the availability for your selected trip, a deposit of 50 % should be received by Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Western Union to secure the space
  • The remaining amount (50% of the total amount due) should be paid 30 days prior to the trip date otherwise space will be released
  • For trips booked less than 30 days prior to the trip date, full payment should be received to secure the space
  • During the Christmas and New Year holidays, full payment should be received to secure the space

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified in written format (by email)
  • Once deposit has been paid, In case of cancellation, the guest will be charged 30% from the package rate
  • In case of cancellation within 90-61 days prior to arrival date, the guest will be charged 30% from the package rate
  • In case of cancellation within 60 to 46 days prior to arrival date the guest will be charged 50% from the package rate
  • In case of cancellation within 45 to 31 days prior to arrival date the guest will be charged 75% from the package rate
  • In case of cancellation within 30 to the arrival date the guest will be charged 100% from the package rate
