Terms of Service

1. Booking Your Journey

  • Dunes & Beyond offers both curated travel programs and fully tailor-made itineraries. Once you submit your request, one of our travel specialists will contact you to refine the details and proceed with the booking process.
  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit

2. Booking & Deposit Policy

To secure your booking:

  • A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation
  • For peak periods (Christmas & Easter), a 50% deposit is required
  • Early booking is strongly recommended to ensure availability
  • Deposits can be paid via:
    • Credit Card
    • Bank Transfer

3. Payment Terms

Standard Bookings
  • 30% deposit upon confirmation
  • Remaining 70% due 60 days prior to arrival
Christmas & Easter Bookings
  • 50% deposit upon confirmation
  • Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Standard Periods
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee
  • 59 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Christmas & Easter Periods
  • 59 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee

5. Children Policy (Sharing Parents’ Room)

  • Under 2 years: Free of charge
  • Under 6 years: 25% of adult rate
  • Under 12 years: 50% of adult rate
  • 12 years and above: Full adult rate

Notes:

  • Additional supplements may apply if flights are included
  • Valid for one child sharing a room with parents

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Card Payments
    • Subject to a 3–5% bank processing fee
    • Some American Express cards may not be accepted
  • Bank Transfers
    • All transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method
  • A 5% bank processing fee will be deducted from all refunds
  • No-shows are non-refundable

8. Force Majeure

Dunes & Beyond is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Political unrest
  • Transportation or mechanical issues

In such cases, we will make every effort to:

  • Reschedule your journey, or Provide a refund after deducting non-recoverable costs

9. Responsibility Disclaimer

Dunes & Beyond acts as an organizer and coordinator of travel services.

We are not liable for:

  • Injury, illness, loss, or damage
  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or transport companies

10. Special Requests

We are happy to accommodate special requests such as:

  • Room preferences
  • Dietary requirements
  • Specific arrangements

While we make every effort to fulfill these requests, they remain subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

11. Use of Images & Media

By participating in our journeys, you agree that photos or videos taken during your trip may be used for marketing purposes, including:

  • Website content
  • Social media platforms

Dunes & Beyond retains the rights to such materials.

12. Health & Fitness Requirements

  • Some journeys may require a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel
  • We reserve the right to decline participation or remove a traveler if their condition impacts the experience or safety of others

13. Conduct & Authority During Travel

All travelers are expected to:

  • Respect local laws, customs, and cultural norms
  • Follow guidance provided by tour leaders and local representatives

Dunes & Beyond reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund or compensation.

14. Tipping

Tipping is not mandatory but is customary in many destinations. Guests may offer gratuities at their discretion based on the level of service received.

15. Website Use & Transactions

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to make bookings
  • Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers
  • Accepted currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, and AED
  • Multiple services may appear as separate transactions on your statement

16. Liability & Indemnification

Participation in travel involves inherent risks.

By booking with Dunes & Beyond, you agree that:

  • The company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during your tours
  • You indemnify Dunes & Beyond against claims arising from your participation

17. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • Agreed to be bound by all policies outlined above
